The information provided stated there was possibly finance on the bike. When I finally got through to an agent after 2 calls and being cut off after being on hold for 10 minutes the agent was finally able to confirm verbally there no finance on bike and it was a partial serial number clash with another car. Now information can get mixed up, that's life - but the pi$$ poor response when trying to call is very unprofessional.
