I made an enquiry on a vehicle yesterday and found it had a finance marker on the vehicle. I them telephoned my car check office using the number shown and I spoke t a man who said he would look into this and when he returned to the telephone to speak to me he said the finance company was in training and he had to call them at 10.30am and he would call me back ???? Still waiting for that call next day. It is not fair that when you pay for a vehicle check you cannot get an answer to the check This is very poor and wish I had used Hpi check instead. Regards David
