It's not the first time I've used this company for a vehicle check. After discovering the bike I was buying was still on finance using this service I still bought it after paying the outstanding balance directly to the finance company. After a 'phone call mycarcheck.com have now updated the results and emailed me a certificate with no extra charge. Great customer service, highly recommended !
