Seems like lots of people have been scammed in the same way I was. IE: Pay £5.95 for a car check, then find £39.90 being taken from my account within my knowledge or permission. I didn't notice immediately, so they got away with £80. As a retired pensioner, 80 quid is a month's heating. Thanks for that. A series of emails was met with being fobbed off, and no questions answered. Unlike similar arrangements (a month of Sky, for instance), there is no communication of any type, warning that you'll be charged - in my case they took the money just 2 days after I checked the 1 relevant car. I would be VERY careful if dealing with this company. This is sharp practice verging on fraud.
