mycarcheck.com provided me with incorrect information which helped a garage con me in to buying a car that I did not want (the garage and mycarcheck.com stated the car was the top of the range model I wanted to buy but it was not). When I tried to claim on their guarantee that they provide the correct information the biased company that investigate (paid by them) made all the excuses under the sun why my claim would not be accepted even though I proved that I had been give incorrect information. Anyone who looks at mycarcheck.com and feels safer because of the guarantee look closely at the pages of terms and conditions that allows them not to pay out if they give the wrong information to you. The guarantee is an absolute joke.
