I paid £1.99 for a basic car check, however I never received any information regarding the vehicle. I received two emails, the first of which asked me to verify my email address which I did and the second saying I would receive a web link for info regarding the car. I tried to call the company late Sunday morning but they were closed. The email was not in my junk folder either.
