I've always enjoyed ordering from this website. I always find something new and that I end up liking and I've never had any issues with the service, products or delivery. I like the bundles and there's always something good in clearance as well. Recently, I placed an order but Royal Mail lost it. I got in touch with MyCigara and was offered a solution very quickly. As luck would have it, 2 days later my order arrived. I don't hold MyCigara responsible for this, and I'm still happy to continue ordering from them.
