Very good customer service.
I used to shop in the Hammersmith store and the staff there (2018 - 2020) were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to offer a good service.
Also the online customer service were very helpful, they had responded to my recent issue and offered a resolution (replacement sent to me) before I even had the chance to see their response I had a tracking number from Royal Mail pop up informing me a replacement is on its way to me which was great.
