I have used MyCigara for years - starting out with their physical shop (the one in Sheffield) and then moving online when the pandemic started. They always deliver on time and never had a wrong item or amount. Recently I had some faulty coils, I emailed to ask what to do and without prompting they sent replacements - the fact that they didn't redirect me to some link and 'official' process was welcomed and really appreciated. Top-notch customer service right there. The only reason I'm leaving the review as anonymous is I don't want it known online that I vape - otherwise I'd proudly put my name to the 5-star review.
