Really good customer service!
I got a lot of vapes at once from MyCigara and although I opted for next day Saturday shipping, it arrived on Tuesday. When I contacted the customer service team they let me know this was because of bank holidays during Easter and they refunded me the whole shipping cost. The team was prompt with their response and I was very satisfied with how they delegated the problem. Will definitely buy again!
