I have ordered from cigars for years without any trouble, till this week.
Trying to get help from this company is horrendous, I have now been waiting two hrs on the contact us page.
I ordered 9 strawberry and 4 strawberry e-liquids early on this week at the cost of £40.30 and received instead 3 blueberry e-liquids.
I first emailed about this and got the response that I could have a £5 voucher if I returned the items. There was no acknowledgement that my order hadn’t arrived and I was sent the wrong goods out. No attempt to rectify the problem for me or reimbursement for the items that did not arrive. I have for 8 years always got my e-liquid for my cigars and never had a problem, but the lack of getting someone to do something about this has prompted me to make this review. COME ON MYCIGARA!! Get your people sorted!!!
