Buyer beware...they have a very strict return policy that only provides a day or two to request a refund. They say that you need to make a request within 14 days of purchase. Well, it took +10 days to receive the boots. I emailed them several times and no reply. Will make a formal complaint to the BBB. Terrible customer service. Still no communication. I filed a refund request days ago and still no correspondence.
