“This seller is dishonest and takes advantage of customers. I purchased a pair of boots (beautiful boots just too small). I returned them unworn and paid for returned shipping. The shipper at UPS taped the box. The seller charged me $134 for no reason. Mind you the seller didn't protect the box when shipping it to me. Be mindful of sellers taking advantage when it comes to returns.”

“Avoid buying from this company. Package lost in the mail and package had no insurance on it and this company will ignore you when it comes time to give refunds. They just want your money”

“I paid for $20 for the return label and find out usps needed their return address and mycozyboots customer service giving a hard time to know the return address and this is what they told me! Per Mycozyboot Has the return been actually shipped back? I only see that a return label was printed at the post office; there's no record showing that USPS physically received your package. How could they reply to me as a customer all i want is my refund back!”

“My experience with CozyBoots was terrible, therefore I cannot recommend them. I received my boots the day before I left for Switzerland, and had decided I did not like them so I did not take them. Because they only have a 14 day return policy, and because I was delayed by weather getting home, I called customer service multiple times on the 15th day of that window. No one ever called me back to help me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very disappointing as my Uggboots still sit in their box.”

“I took out my Ugg Isley waterproof boots today.,Realized these fabulous boots have taken m through 5 winters. What a great buy.The size on my 2020 order says 9. Fit is perfect. I am a 7.5. So a bit confused. Will get clarification before I place an order for another pair. Love Love.”
