“Customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Emails, phone calls and requests for updates are left just sitting in the void. The boots did arrive, a week after they were due, but the boots can be found cheaper and more easily from other sources. When I found this out and ordered the same pair from another site, I tried to cancel my order via email (the boots had still not been sent at this point) I was informed you cannot cancel an order in quite an abrupt email. It’s noteworthy that that was the only email they sent to me out of about 15 attempts at communications through various methods. 0/10 - do not use site”

“Boots as expected and a legit Teva product. And they do warn you there may red pen marks on labels, but mine was quite sloppily done and was all over the tounge. What i am giving 1 star for is the customer service - totally shocking. I sent multiple emails, tried calling repeatedly and no answer or response to any if those attempts at communications. It was only when I cancelled my order (because I thought I had been scammed) that they actually sent me the boots but this was an entire week after i had ordered them. They also did not accept me cancelling my order so bear that in mind as well. 0/10 Would not recommend using this service as the shoes they are offering can be found elsewhere with far better customer service.”

“This seller is dishonest and takes advantage of customers. I purchased a pair of boots (beautiful boots just too small). I returned them unworn and paid for returned shipping. The shipper at UPS taped the box. The seller charged me $134 for no reason. Mind you the seller didn't protect the box when shipping it to me. Be mindful of sellers taking advantage when it comes to returns.”

“I paid for $20 for the return label and find out usps needed their return address and mycozyboots customer service giving a hard time to know the return address and this is what they told me! Per Mycozyboot Has the return been actually shipped back? I only see that a return label was printed at the post office; there's no record showing that USPS physically received your package. How could they reply to me as a customer all i want is my refund back!”

“My experience with CozyBoots was terrible, therefore I cannot recommend them. I received my boots the day before I left for Switzerland, and had decided I did not like them so I did not take them. Because they only have a 14 day return policy, and because I was delayed by weather getting home, I called customer service multiple times on the 15th day of that window. No one ever called me back to help me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Very disappointing as my Uggboots still sit in their box.”

“I took out my Ugg Isley waterproof boots today.,Realized these fabulous boots have taken m through 5 winters. What a great buy.The size on my 2020 order says 9. Fit is perfect. I am a 7.5. So a bit confused. Will get clarification before I place an order for another pair. Love Love.”
