“About 7 months back, a dog I was pet sitting chewed through my most comfortable and favorite pair of TEVA flip-flops/slides. This was the second time in a year this has happened-(I was able to get them repaired), even though I'm super careful with them because they no longer make this style, and haven't since they retired it 6 years ago. So when I found them on Cozy Boots website, I got excited --until I read "OUT OF STOCK, would you like an email if we get more in" so of course I did, but was resigned to the fact I'd never see my TEVA's again. UNTIL NOW!!! I was BEYOND EXCITED when I got that email and was able to get a new pair of my beloved TEVA sandals!! Thank you SO MUCH Cozy Boots!!”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this website. When placing my order for a pair of boots, I accidentally entered the wrong zip code. As a result, the package was automatically returned to the sender. They issued a refund but did not refund the full amount—I paid $189 and only received $139 back. While I understand the mistake was mine, charging a $40 shipping fee seems excessive. When I reached out for clarification, their responses were minimal and unhelpful, with little to no customer accommodation. Poor customer service and unfair refund practices—I would not recommend shopping here.”
