I had to pay 20 dollars to return a pair that did not fit. I will never ever shop with this company again. All of my friendsare stopping shopping here too. That return policy is awful and unfair. You lost my business plus 500,000 of my followers on social media.

Don’t do business with these people. I am in the process of returning a pair of UGGs that were a different color from what is shown on the website. The shoes looked like a knock off.(I was replacing ones that I have so I know what they should look like.) I started this process within two days of receipt of the shoes. They are charging me $32 to return them. Just hoping that I actually get the balance credited back to my charge card. Read the reviews from the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had.

All items we sell are 100% authentic. We do not sell knockoffs. The return shipping fee is a flat $20, as clearly stated in our return policy — we do not charge $32. Color variations can occur due to lighting and screen differences and do not indicate a different or counterfeit product. Refunds are issued once returns are received and inspected, in accordance with our policy.

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. When placing my order for a pair of boots, I accidentally entered the wrong zip code. As a result, the package was automatically returned to the sender. They issued a refund but did not refund the full amount—I paid $189 and only received $139 back. While I understand the mistake was mine, charging a $40 shipping fee seems excessive. When I reached out for clarification, their responses were minimal and unhelpful, with little to no customer accommodation. Poor customer service and unfair refund practices—I would not recommend shopping here.

Customer service will not return my phone calls or emails recently. Initial email was responded to but follow up messages are ignored. I had a package that was lost by UPS and a claim has been sent but I have not been refunded my money. It’s been almost 2 months!

The cuffs are too tight. The return widow of this seller is only two weeks. I want to return the shoes but I realized I received the shoes 16 days ago. The shoes cost $199. However, The shipment is not free. I paid $10 for the shipment and $7.5 for road protection.

I am so upset I have contacted my cozy boots and requested a return at day 15 and I have not heard anything back from the company. I would not buy anything from this site and will hit up social media.

I placed an order weeks ago. It was shipped but has yet to be delivered. I have reached out twice to get an updated or have someone contact me with no response. So they have my money but I have no boots. Really disappointing. Think twice before purchasing.

I am very unhappy with your company. I ordered $160 UGH shoes and you sent me 2 different size shoes. One size 8 and one size 9. And now your charging me a $20 shipping fee to send it back to you? That is ridiculous. -Andrea Atkins

They sold me counterfeit Uggs, material was extremely poor. They gave me a hard time for the return and kept the $20 for sipping them back. Also customer service is extremely rude. Don’t shop here.

Terrible customer service. Would not return phone calls. AND You have to pay a Restocking fee for exchanges plus you have to pay for shipping it back. Will never use them again!

I placed an order on January 9, 2025 and paid for expedited shipping. Today is January 14, I have not received my order nor can I get in touch with ANYONE here! My tracking info shows my shipment was CANCELLED yet I have sent 7 emails and NO ONE will respond to me! I have filed a FRAUD claim on this company!

Terrible experience !!!!crooked they asked me for 99 euros to get my boots cleared from ups although I already paid for 75 euros delivery into France This is misleading the customers without taking responsibility for it
