Costumer service is horrible No one in the office to take my calls I been calling for 2 hours straight not one pick up

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. When placing my order for a pair of boots, I accidentally entered the wrong zip code. As a result, the package was automatically returned to the sender. They issued a refund but did not refund the full amount—I paid $189 and only received $139 back. While I understand the mistake was mine, charging a $40 shipping fee seems excessive. When I reached out for clarification, their responses were minimal and unhelpful, with little to no customer accommodation. Poor customer service and unfair refund practices—I would not recommend shopping here.

My boot had a tear in it and trying to contact someone for an exchange is extremely difficult and exhausting!

Customer service will not return my phone calls or emails recently. Initial email was responded to but follow up messages are ignored. I had a package that was lost by UPS and a claim has been sent but I have not been refunded my money. It’s been almost 2 months!

The cuffs are too tight. The return widow of this seller is only two weeks. I want to return the shoes but I realized I received the shoes 16 days ago. The shoes cost $199. However, The shipment is not free. I paid $10 for the shipment and $7.5 for road protection.

I am so upset I have contacted my cozy boots and requested a return at day 15 and I have not heard anything back from the company. I would not buy anything from this site and will hit up social media.

I placed an order weeks ago. It was shipped but has yet to be delivered. I have reached out twice to get an updated or have someone contact me with no response. So they have my money but I have no boots. Really disappointing. Think twice before purchasing.

I am very unhappy with your company. I ordered $160 UGH shoes and you sent me 2 different size shoes. One size 8 and one size 9. And now your charging me a $20 shipping fee to send it back to you? That is ridiculous. -Andrea Atkins

They sold me counterfeit Uggs, material was extremely poor. They gave me a hard time for the return and kept the $20 for sipping them back. Also customer service is extremely rude. Don’t shop here.

Terrible customer service. Would not return phone calls. AND You have to pay a Restocking fee for exchanges plus you have to pay for shipping it back. Will never use them again!

I placed an order on January 9, 2025 and paid for expedited shipping. Today is January 14, I have not received my order nor can I get in touch with ANYONE here! My tracking info shows my shipment was CANCELLED yet I have sent 7 emails and NO ONE will respond to me! I have filed a FRAUD claim on this company!

Terrible experience !!!!crooked they asked me for 99 euros to get my boots cleared from ups although I already paid for 75 euros delivery into France This is misleading the customers without taking responsibility for it

I ordered UGG slippers & I received worn/used. They were supposed to be NEW slippers. So I returned them & was forced to use their return label which charged me $20. I will never order from this company again. Because of your worn & used product I was charged to return them. You should not advertise a NEW product & send out a USED product also the customer should NOT have to pay for a return label when it was your company’s error…. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…..

Horrible company. I have called and emailed 3-4 times to exchange for a different size from a Christmas present I was given. I have emailed from their site, no response and when I email the address from the confirmation email, it comes back to me as undeliverable. My husband totally wasted $120 on uggs that don't fit and I will never hear from them. WHAT A SCAM

Absolute horrible customer service I sent back a pair of ugg slippers within the time frame allotted and they only refunded half the amount! Can you imagine only being refunded half the amount of an ugg product ? I've never worked with a company as lousy as this I still had to buy a pair of Ugg boots full price and then pay for half of a pair of boots I never even wore from your store ? Absolutely terrible it's sad that you took advantage of someone who wanted to shop at your store

I didn’t receive my Ugg slippers 12-2 order went in never received Have tried to call number and only get recording Have tried to leave 6 separate messages with my phone number Replaced Ugg slippers with something else because they were a Christmas gift at this point would like to speak to someone about getting my money back $124.90 Not happy Gail Peterson
