I called,a few times, I emailed a couple of times & no response. I was charged 6% sales tax & PA doesn't have sales tax on footwear. I'll chalk it up to experience & won't be ordering from you again.

I made a purchase and it said there was a error when I checked out. I changed credit cards was able to make the original purchase. Later in the day I noticed I was charge on the original credit card as well as the second credit card I used. I immediately emailed my cozy boots and asked them to cancel the original order and explained what happened. I was told it was already being processed and would have to wait until I received both orders. Then I could return one of them. It was strange how both boots were sent in the same box as one order. Seems like one of them could have been canceled because it did not come in two different orders like I was told. Then to top it off I had to pay for the return label. Horrible service and cheap company, will never order from them again.

I’m pretty sure the UGGS I received were fakes. I’ve had many pairs and as soon as I put them on I could tell….the sole had no flex and they felt awkward, not comfortable like the other 3 pairs I have. The box was obviously reused, the tissue paper was very crinkled like it was reused. The security tag in the boot didn’t look right. When I chatted, the person said, “it’s too bad you haven’t had UGGS in a couple of years.” I sent them back but had to pay return shipping.

Honestly the boots are in good condition they are new but I need to refund them because they don't fit over my fat calves. The return process for this site is not efficient it's like I have to prove something to return a product I spent 150 bucks on. This is why I am careful about where I online shop because the ugg store isn't going to sit there and ask me to take pictures and wait for them to approve my reasons to return a product and that is why I would go back. I am still waiting it's day 3 and no response. I feel like I just wasted my money on shoes I can't wear and apparently may not be able to return. I sent for a return the second I received and tried on.

Purchased tevas advertised as brand new in a box. MyCozyBoots sent dirty (used?) Tevas in a bag. Returns are on your own dime at their "discretion" and there simply is No actual support service available. Very disappointing transaction, will not be returning!

Just received my boots today. I wasn’t very happy at all. One of the boots looks great while the other looks worn/damaged. I reached out to customer service as soon as i inspected and now I’m just waiting to see how they handle this situation.

I bought a pair of UGGs from MyCozyBoots and they are not authentic. You can completely tell they are counterfeit due to the thin fur, the manufacturing smell, the stitching, the color, and the label on the back of the sole. The return costs are your responsibility. Pretty bummed with this purchase.

Oh noooo don’t bother! Tried to find my order. Told 5-10 days. Then told me coming international! Seriously? Then told cld take up to 20 days!!!! Low and behold…. said it was delivered today! Ummm no did not receive it today. ! I’m again asking fir my refunds … don’t expect if!!!! !!!! Do not trust them at all!!!!!

It has not been a good shopping experience especially when you have to wait to get a return approved restocking fee no return label and 30 dollars to mail shoes back not good experience for shopping

I think your selling fake stuff! The mittens I bought are not UGH quality nor are they as warm as my authentic Ugg gloves 🤷‍♀️But based on other reviews I just don’t have the time to try to refund!

The product they shipped me did not resemble the product I ordered. Was supposed to be new with tags, there were no tags. Was supposed to be an UGG DUFFIELD but I have no idea what it was. Probably not an authentic ugg. I did receive a refund but they did not return my $17 return shipping cost even though the return was their fault.

I ordered what was supposed to be an UGG Duffield Robe, new with tags. The item that arrived had no tags, was not a DUFFIELD and probably not any real UGG product since I can’t find one like it anywhere. I took pictures of the ad from my purchase and of the item I received. I paid $17.90 to send this misrepresented product back and the company refuses to refund me the return shipping. A few days after they authorized the return they decided to send me a prepaid shipping label but that was AFTER I had already sent it back. I will be filing further complaints if they do not refund my out of pocket cost!

Bought boots and requested a refund within the time frame required and was given 10 days to return for refund. I got Covid and could not get out to a UPS store to return them. I asked for an exception to allow me to still return for a refund as there was nothing else I wanted to purchase and I received rude emails saying that "I had more than enough time to return them". Cost me $35 additional dollars to return them UPS and now I have a credit that I will never use. Will never buy anything from this company again!!

Ordered Christmas gift and received the wrong color slippers 10 days before Christmas. I contacted customer service who said I needed to go to returns portal and send the item back and a replacement will arrive as soon as possible. I explained the situation and was even going to pay for the correct pair only to find that it was out of stock. So they sent me the wrong item because the one ordered was out of stock. Instead of notifying me they sent me the wrong item in hopes that i would keep it and pay for it rather than lose the business! Attached is the rude response the customer service responded to me with. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Every other company having issues has been so great bending over backwards to help customers. Clearly they do not need the business. They have mastered taking advantage of customers during the holidays!

Hello, and I am sorry if you find our response rude. As far as I can see, our customer support agent is apologizing and offering you a prepaid label to return the incorrectly received product. I do believe it is also very much worth noting that you did not include the entire correspondence. Our agent asked you to open a return request so we can provide a return label and as soon as the return is on the way, you will be shipped a replacement in the correct color. Instead, you've started making unreasonable demands to ship you the correct color right away and expedite shipping - all WITHOUT you shipping the wrong product back "until after Christmas". I am sorry, but we are not a charity and not sending goods for free, even if we made a mistake and did our best to correct it. So please, if leaving us a negative review for others to see, do take your time and honesty to tell the full story.
