I purchased a new boot with box and received a used boot with box and a new boot price. They will not answer my complaint, dont answer the phone so I will never shop with them again. I order the boot and it is real but used with dirty worn sole- no smell. I need a price adjustment for being sent a use d boot and I want to worn others that you might not get items as described.
