“I ordered UGG slippers & I received worn/used. They were supposed to be NEW slippers. So I returned them & was forced to use their return label which charged me $20. I will never order from this company again. Because of your worn & used product I was charged to return them. You should not advertise a NEW product & send out a USED product also the customer should NOT have to pay for a return label when it was your company’s error…. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…..”

“Horrible company. I have called and emailed 3-4 times to exchange for a different size from a Christmas present I was given. I have emailed from their site, no response and when I email the address from the confirmation email, it comes back to me as undeliverable. My husband totally wasted $120 on uggs that don't fit and I will never hear from them. WHAT A SCAM”

“Absolute horrible customer service I sent back a pair of ugg slippers within the time frame allotted and they only refunded half the amount! Can you imagine only being refunded half the amount of an ugg product ? I've never worked with a company as lousy as this I still had to buy a pair of Ugg boots full price and then pay for half of a pair of boots I never even wore from your store ? Absolutely terrible it's sad that you took advantage of someone who wanted to shop at your store”

“Trying to return boots given as a Christmas Present. Can not do through the website. I have emailed, chatted, and called twice (on hold, but no response). Not getting anywhere. Their return policy states 14 days except Holiday purchases. Website does not honor this policy and link sent to me from their email response does not work. Very frustrating.”

“Very dissatisfied with customer service.purchased my wife her favorite Ugg slippers in the same size. When she received them the slippers were a size too small. In order to exchange we were required to pay $20 for a return label. Boots were probably fake go elsewhere and avoid this company.”

“Me cobraron no solo el impuesto de California, cobran el impuesto del Condado de Orange y el de Ventura sumando, además cobran, por envío seguro y todo eso no lo ponen de anticipación antes de que aceptes el pago lo pusieron ya que lo pague. “I had a horrible experince with this place. I would never ever purchase anything from them. I had bought my boots a few months ago and never tried them on. I went to put them on and the whole boot ripped down the seam. When I looked closer the seam was glued on not sewed on. These are fake!! I was so disappointed. I waited a very long time to purchase a pair of Uggs and this was my experience? I wrote to them and they were downright rude and said they wouldn't help me even thought the boots were still in the box and brand new. Told me to take them to a shoe repair shop. I couldn't believe it! The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. The boots are for sure fakes! You can just tell. I'm so disappointed to have spent my money this way! I'm reporting them to the better business bureau.”
