Trying to return boots given as a Christmas Present. Can not do through the website. I have emailed, chatted, and called twice (on hold, but no response). Not getting anywhere. Their return policy states 14 days except Holiday purchases. Website does not honor this policy and link sent to me from their email response does not work. Very frustrating.
