I needed to return due to the wrong size. After waiting quite some time for them to get back to me, I was refused, and their customer service was very rude. I would highly not recommend shopping My Cozy Boots.

Terrible return policy. 14 days for a christmas gift? Seriously? Stick with zappos, ugg website or amazon. Will never buy from a no-name retailer like this again!

I have tried to contact anyone within the company to exchange sizes. I have not been able to get through to anyone. Very disappointed with this company.

We are daily wearers of Ugg boots for many years. The boots were purchased in November, opened at Christmas and worn inside our home over the last 3 days. The quality is noticeably inferior to our many existing pair, thinner in lining and outer layer, showing signs of visible wear. Requesting a return, MyCozyBoots declined stating their return policy is 14 days (of purchase) and unused. We are suspect of the boots from this vendor and recommend purchasing elsewhere.

I placed an order for the holidays which I received on November 30th. The size was too large and the company wouldn't let me exchange it. I can't believe they wouldn't extend the exchange policy during the holidays. I won't do business with them again!

I never leave reviews, but buyer beware!!!! The UGG mini II boots I ordered were already separating at the seam upon delivery. I returned them and requested my $18.50 shipping charge be reimbursed. I was replied to with a snarky e-mail that the boots were not faulty as I had “alleged” and that return shipping charges for “buyer remorse” is buyer’s responsibility. I couldn’t believe how condescending this e-mail was. I did not have buyers remorse at all. I wanted those boots; but I wanted a pair that wasn’t already separating at the seam. I actually had to search everywhere to find another pair that I ended up paying a higher price for. Plus the sunk cost of the return shipping to this horrible business. Their customer service is terrible. Don’t buy from this company!

The order was supposedly delivered but we never received it and the person that they were given to doesn’t even exist. We’ve tried calling and texting and emailing My Cozy Boots for days to discuss a refund since I bought package protection and can’t get in touch with them at all. The boots were a gift for my granddaughter and I can’t afford to by another pair. Learned a lesson - read all reviews before ordering. If I had done that I wouldn’t have ordered them in the first place.

I order a size 9 and y’all sent me a size 8. When I reported it your company didn’t apologize or offer me a discount. You just responded with a return ticket. It’s terrible that you don’t even care about your customers. It was my daughter’s big ticket gift for her bday and she cried because they were the wrong size. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!

Are you kidding me! Wow you sold me counterfeit Uggs and you ask me fir a review? Ok well beware all buyers of the fact you most likely are buying counterfeit Uggs I personally reported this website to fbi fraud unit the Ventura county Ty district attorney office and the Camarillo CA scam hotline so hope this helps before anyone hear gets scammed Merry Christmas ! Also purchased package protection couple hours before delivery mycozyboots.com cancelled it without my consent I only found out when I saw it was refunded what I paid for package protection and then when I told them boots were counterfeit they lied I mentioned bbb they said they’re scammers they’re scammers that unbelievable honestly it is

The boots came dirty. Sent back and paid for the shipping. Contacted customer service to get reimbursement and never heard back from them. Do not recommend that seller.

I wish I could give them a zero star. This company is so sketchy. The item that I ordered arrived home within 5days from CA to MN, but I was so disappointed with quality of merchandise they sent me. It was really a second-hand quality Ugg when I opened the box. Immediately, I felt like I had to return it so that I am able to get my money back. Though I tried to reach out this company both phone calls and email numerous times, they never answered me, which I had to spend my money sending the item back. It was not my responsibility to pay for a shipping fee for a damaged item. They never gave me any response for the return shipping fee issue. So, I ended up spending money that I shouldn’t have. It was the worst experience ever. After about 5 days, I finally got an email from the company, saying my purchase was cancelled without mentioning the return shipping fee. I didn't want to make more problems with them and just wanted get my money refunded. So, folks please be careful. Do not buy any items here as it is very suspicious. I wish I’d never use this website. What a waste of my time and money!!!!!!!

I called,a few times, I emailed a couple of times & no response. I was charged 6% sales tax & PA doesn't have sales tax on footwear. I'll chalk it up to experience & won't be ordering from you again.

I made a purchase and it said there was a error when I checked out. I changed credit cards was able to make the original purchase. Later in the day I noticed I was charge on the original credit card as well as the second credit card I used. I immediately emailed my cozy boots and asked them to cancel the original order and explained what happened. I was told it was already being processed and would have to wait until I received both orders. Then I could return one of them. It was strange how both boots were sent in the same box as one order. Seems like one of them could have been canceled because it did not come in two different orders like I was told. Then to top it off I had to pay for the return label. Horrible service and cheap company, will never order from them again.

I’m pretty sure the UGGS I received were fakes. I’ve had many pairs and as soon as I put them on I could tell….the sole had no flex and they felt awkward, not comfortable like the other 3 pairs I have. The box was obviously reused, the tissue paper was very crinkled like it was reused. The security tag in the boot didn’t look right. When I chatted, the person said, “it’s too bad you haven’t had UGGS in a couple of years.” I sent them back but had to pay return shipping.

Honestly the boots are in good condition they are new but I need to refund them because they don't fit over my fat calves. The return process for this site is not efficient it's like I have to prove something to return a product I spent 150 bucks on. This is why I am careful about where I online shop because the ugg store isn't going to sit there and ask me to take pictures and wait for them to approve my reasons to return a product and that is why I would go back. I am still waiting it's day 3 and no response. I feel like I just wasted my money on shoes I can't wear and apparently may not be able to return. I sent for a return the second I received and tried on.

Purchased tevas advertised as brand new in a box. MyCozyBoots sent dirty (used?) Tevas in a bag. Returns are on your own dime at their "discretion" and there simply is No actual support service available. Very disappointing transaction, will not be returning!
