Ordered Christmas gift and received the wrong color slippers 10 days before Christmas. I contacted customer service who said I needed to go to returns portal and send the item back and a replacement will arrive as soon as possible. I explained the situation and was even going to pay for the correct pair only to find that it was out of stock. So they sent me the wrong item because the one ordered was out of stock. Instead of notifying me they sent me the wrong item in hopes that i would keep it and pay for it rather than lose the business! Attached is the rude response the customer service responded to me with. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Every other company having issues has been so great bending over backwards to help customers. Clearly they do not need the business. They have mastered taking advantage of customers during the holidays!

Hello, and I am sorry if you find our response rude. As far as I can see, our customer support agent is apologizing and offering you a prepaid label to return the incorrectly received product. I do believe it is also very much worth noting that you did not include the entire correspondence. Our agent asked you to open a return request so we can provide a return label and as soon as the return is on the way, you will be shipped a replacement in the correct color. Instead, you've started making unreasonable demands to ship you the correct color right away and expedite shipping - all WITHOUT you shipping the wrong product back "until after Christmas". I am sorry, but we are not a charity and not sending goods for free, even if we made a mistake and did our best to correct it. So please, if leaving us a negative review for others to see, do take your time and honesty to tell the full story.

Hello Ann, You have received the boots in the color you ordered. I am sorry you did not like it. We offer easy self-service returns, but, unfortunately, according to our Returns Policy, we do not cover return shipping costs.

Hello Brooke, As per our conversation and tracking information, your package has been delivered to your doorsteps. We have also advised you that your order comes with insurance that covers lost and stolen packages. I see you already initiated a claim with the insurance company and it's being currently reviewed.

Tried to contact the company several times via chat and email. Never got a response. Filled out the review they guaranteed an instant $10 off, never got that either. Again, contacted them, guess what, no response. That was a real surprise!,!? You can not reach them by phone, another surprise. Bottom line, shop elsewhere. They have a lot of bad reviews and don’t care.

I receive the package and opened immediately to find defective/damaged boots. I sent an email right away and followed what was told me to do for the return label, it has been 5 days and no return label. It was clear on the picture sent that I received something defective or damaged... I check every day and the site said under review... what's to review? I received a boot with a missing part and I asked to exchange it...

Hello Christine, I have carefully reviewed the communications between you and our company. First of all, I do want to confirm that, according to tracking #, the package was delivered to your mailbox on May 14 at 3:28 PM. Also, our customer service department sent you multiple emails confirming delivery and even provided a copy of the shipping label attached to your package to confirm the delivery address.

Dear Carol, Your review is misleading and untrue. We have 1) accepted your return request 2) responded to the emails you sent with instructions on how to retrieve return information. Specifically, we said that an email was sent to you AND you can always find return details in the RMA request you opened. The fact that you find it hard to locate an email or log back into the request you opened is not something we should be blamed for.

Great customer service during ordering process. The initial boot I wanted was sold out so they sent me a different pair that I approved. Received them in a timely fashion. My boots were too small and my return was approved by the company so I sent them back and follow the directions given. Waiting on a refund and company has gone radio silent on me (it’s been over a month). Pretty frustrating!

This company will rip you off they have no good faith in returns. They make it close to impossible and charge “restocking fees”. They sell fake copies and the make you pay for return shipping if you can even get a return processed. DO NOT BUY HERE

Very Poor customer service!! I'm having to submit a resolution of dispute with PayPal in order for MyCozyBoots to approve a return authorization for a peach pair of Ugg Amie boots purchase on 2-11-21. By their admission delivery confirmation on 2-17-21, which puts me clearly inside of the 14-day return policy that they have and they want to charge a 30% restocking fee which is breaking their own policies. I attempted to return the Ugg Amie boots on 3-2-21. I was trying to do an exchange for the Ugg rose gold with the hassle I was having on the website, however I ended up just purchasing the Uggs and attempting to return a pair on 3-2-21 (17181920 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 1st 2nd) additionally my claim is the shoes were delivered on the 2-25-21. I sent a lot of emails too help at my cozyboots.com and I emailed the person directly through PayPal.And, and still I haven't received a return authorization. You cannot call and talk with anyone, the online chat is a supreme joke and apparently when dealing with PayPal there's a 3-day waiting response and that has been the most followed procedure by Mycozy boots. What I would say to someone who is interested in purchasing boots from mycozyboots.com is to first read the policies, understand the policies, make sure you know your size because I'm telling you it is an extreme hassle to return with most th incompetent customer service that I have ever experienced. So Buyer Beware

RETURNS/EXCHANGES NOT HONORED. I’m very disappointed in customer service. I have an email exchange assuring me that it was fine to send the boots back with a request for exchange. I did that two months ago. After several weeks of no boots and no updates, I tried the live chat option. No response. Then I sent a sent a follow up email to see where we were in the process. I have now emailed several times, always including the email thread so you can read the full story. Zero response. No boots. No email. No request of further info. Zip. Nada. Nothing. I’m extremely frustrated and bummed - had hoped to be a repeat customer... The boots were great, just a size too small (which is weird, because I have other Uggs in size 8 that fit fine... but oh well) I’ve looked everywhere for a phone number for y’all but can find none.

Sorry to say, but the right boot is wider than the left one. Not only can I feel the difference but I can even visually see that the right is bigger than the left when put next to each other. I emailed them but have gotten no response. Tried to find a phone number, but can't seem to get one. I did read the reviews from other customers but I thought I'd give it a shot. This is my first order with them. Everyone deserves a shot, and this was theirs. I won't buy from them again.

Site claims in many places that shipping in the USA is FREE. I just argued with this company who says that statement is not true. If untrue, why would you advertise that? This is straight up misleading and illegal business practice. I am most definitely filing multiple complaints everywhere I can.

I wouldn't suggest ordering from here. This is just my personal opinion because there is no one to help you and the "live" chat is unanswered. I would rather just order straight from the ugg store, that way someone can help with things like returns.

I asked them to resubmit my return approval with instructions, after she told me it was approved yesterday. I checked my spam and there is no automated email anywhere. I can't return the boots without instructions. I asked her to resubmit the automated email and she just never responded. This website is the worst return experience I've ever dealt with. Thank God for paypal. Also, on the actual website page there is no information about the return request. I feel they are being deceptive.
