i tried to get in contact with you guys and I got no response. the shoes were not the ones I wanted

I have tried to return the ugg shows I purchased five times. Two days ago an email said they will be getting in touch with me. I’ve written daily. They have a 14 day return policy but you must edit for a return authorization. I cannot believe they are so difficult to reach. Not a great way to do business.

I am sorry you feel this way. Our return policy is clearly listed on our website https://mcozyboots.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges, as well as on every product page with detailed step by step instructions on how to properly open a return request, so it can be processed. It is the responsibility of the customer to open a return within the return policy period. Emailing and sending Facebook messages, unfortunately, is not the way to get RMA. Our social media team is completely independent of the Returns department, and cannot process a return request. We appreciate your understanding.

There return policy stated 30days however after 14days they didnt honor the return. Emailed this company 4times and never got a respond. I will never order from them again.

Hello Kathy, Our return policy is 14 days, which is clearly indicated on our Return Policy page, as well as on every single product page. The policy has remained unchanged since November 2019. We are sorry you missed the return period.

I am very disappointed how my Cozy boots have not responded to my request to exchange my boots. I attempted several different times to contact the merchant with no response!

Hello Regina, Your return request was submitted on May 16th and approved promptly. An email notification was sent, as well as return instructions. As of today, June 15th, we have not received an item back, nor did we get return tracking information from you.

If I could have had a option to put "0" that is what I would have put. I paid $291 for two pair off boots that I have been looking to find them because we can't go out now...only to be emailed two days later after a bank representative helped me with the transaction from personal checking account that my order was canceled due to/or suspicion of fraudulent activity...I emailed them right away to help them verify that it actually me...I didn't receive any response after three emails I called the bank no money has been returned I emailed the company stating that there has been no money credited back to my account and then I get a reply back from the company stating that if this was in fact a non-fraudulent transaction then I should call my bank because they released the money right away I called the bank again only to be told that it was a lie and I would have to file a claim to get my money which will take a total of 10-14 days. That is crazy what I have to go through to get my money back for there incompetency. I should have done better research because I would have seen that they also send you mix match shoes as well...Do your research and find another place to do business.

The company sent me the wrong shoe sizes and I can’t get an answer from them to return the difference in cost, such as the sizes they sent cheaper.

Having no phone number where you can be contacted is very poor customer service. Also not extending your return policy at Christmas time is terrible too.

Our return policy is very clearly outlined on every page of our website and on the product page for convenience of our customers and we expect customers to pay attention to sale terms when they place an order.

I bought a pair of boots for my wife around two weeks before Christmas and then after Christmas when she tried them on and noticed that they were the wrong size I got on your website and noticed that you had a refund policy of 14 days which I never wanted a refund so after looking for a way to contact you and noticing it was only by email I sent you guys an email asking if there was a way I could exchange them because I did not want my money back my wife loved the boots we were just a half a size too small, after waiting for five days on a response from you guys All I got was please refer to a refund and exchange policy. Are you kidding me? I guess there’s no such thing as taking care of the customer anymore now we’re stuck with a pair of $180 UGG boots that don’t even fit and cannot get in touch with anyone with this company about doing a simple exchange I would never and will never buy from this place again and will spread the word on how terrible the customer service is

Hello Joshua, We apologize for the delayed response. As per our return policy, we indeed accept returns within 14 days of package delivery. However, we try to do everything possible to keep our customers happy and if a replacement is available, we are happy to offer an exchange even past the return window.

I would not trust buying from MyCozyBoots. I bought a pair of Ugg Women’s gloves. The websites said the gloves are new with tags. I received used gloves with no tags. The company allowed me to return them, however I had to pay for shipping. When I emailed them to cover the shipping, they never responded. After I sent back the gloves , knowing the company received the return from the tracking number, they did not refund me my money. When I emailed them about the return, I never received a response. I had do get my credit card company involved.

Ordered the wrong size boot, sent an email minutes later. Took them 3 weeks to reply after numerous attempts to reach out to them. Their return window is 2 weeks. Pretty convenient, huh? I’d avoid this poorly run company at all costs. The couple extra dollars savings is not worth the potential of being stuck with something that doesn’t fit.

Horrible and unresponsive customer service, paid extra for priority & express shipping and the shoes arrived 3 days late, with the company taking no responsibility, refusing to refund the supplemental shipping charges and blaming UPS. No response as to their claim with UPS. Messages to customer service where left with an automated answer.

I ordered a pair of black Ugg’s, I received a used pair of brown Ugg’s, I returned them with the week, they refused to refund me! Please Beware before you deal with this company!!

WARNING...This place is a scam. Ordered boots as a Xmas present. The company is saying they were delivered, but they were not and the company is unwilling to resolve the situation. Do not order from here.

Dear Jessica, your package was delivered to the address you requested when placing an order. Moreover, the package was signed for upon delivery by an individual named JESICA as clearly confirmed by official FedEx proof of delivery, and we have provided all the documentation, including a digital image of signature and the name of the person who signed for the package, officially released by FedEx. If you have proof, such as video recording, confirming that FedEx proof of delivery is invalid and that no one named Jessica signed for the package at the time and date of the delivery, you are very welcome to submit it for review and further investigation by FedEx.

My pink Dakota uggs were being delivered and when It said it was delivered I went outside and there was nothing. I’ve been trying to contact them for the past couple of days and they responded fast at first and then they completely stopped replying and it sucks because they don’t have those ugg moccasins anywhere on my size but here! I just want my refund or the mocassins try to be sent again!

Dear Yvette, we're sorry about your experience. We indeed stopped replying to the messages sent over the weekend as we're closed on Saturdays and Sundays, but we did respond to all the questions you had on Monday morning. Tracking number confirms delivery to the requested address, and the best course of action in this case is to open a claim with the carrier (USPS) at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
