Buyer beware...they have a very strict return policy that only provides a day or two to request a refund. They say that you need to make a request within 14 days of purchase. Well, it took +10 days to receive the boots. I emailed them several times and no reply. Will make a formal complaint to the BBB. Terrible customer service. Still no communication. I filed a refund request days ago and still no correspondence.

Hello Janet, Your review is misleading for other customers. Please refer to our Returns policy to better understand the terms. - You are allowed 14 days to REQUEST a return from the date of delivery. Transit time is absolutely irrelevant here. - After your request is approved (which can take up to 3 days), you are allowed ANOTHER 5 days to ship the return back. We're not limiting anyone to "a day or two", and provide a generous window to return the products. You're in your right to file complaints, but we do recommend familiarizing yourself with the returns policy before complaining.

Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Questions are answered with questions. It takes forever to get a return email. I've never dealt with a company that does not have a phone number to call. I asked if they had arrived back and instead of just saying yes I was asked if I had the return confirmation. So I looked it up and it said they arrived on the 14th. I asked how long the refund would take and I still have not received a response. That was on Monday it is now Wednesday and I still haven't received a response. I will not need your coupon. I will not be doing business with you all in the future. Very disappointed

Making an exchange is next to impossible. $60 to return shipping. Tight deadlines and no stock to exchange for.

I bought UGG boots on Dec 19 and my order has still not arrived and I’ve sent several emails requesting a refund or status and have only received one update that the package was delayed and a lost claim was filed. I will never order from them again.

Sent wrong shoes !! Couldn't return, was quarantined because of covid and had no way to a printer.. so out $120.00 with sneakers I can't wear.. will never order again

I bought ugg slippers for my GF for her birthday. She tried them on the day we got them. Not removing anything from them besides the cardboard insert inside 1 of them. She put it on and the size 8bqas to small. She has lots of uggs and wears an 8. So we sent email to exchange for a 9. They said they did have. So we returned them after they sent approval # sent them they were delived to them and now noone will return emails, messenger, or anything to us. Been 2 weeks and 10 or so emails. Feels like they love to take the money but god forbid they have to return it. Its horrible. Did everything they asked and now we just get nothing.

I have sent numerous emails trying to get a response from My Cozy Boots to ship and return my boots, but have not received a response. I've reached to them via social media as well, but no response. Based on the information for their return policy, their 14 days policy starts from the day the customer submitted the order. Based upon the reviews from their website, their customer base is extremely satisfied with their service. I am hoping to also be one of those customers. Is there any information someone can share with me that will help me to reach someone from My Cozy Boots in an effort to get my full refund? Regards, Y'vonne

First of all, I want to say that boots I bought was fine and came very quickly. However, I purchased a pair of boots during our state tax free weekend but was charged for the sales tax. I had to write 3 times to get anyone to respond back to my request for the tax money back (which DOR suggested me to do). I finally received an email saying "You have received refund," but money is not refunded in the credit card after 4 days. I emailed them again about this and will see if anyone will get back to me. But, I am NOT IMPRESSED with their customer service and will not bother using this site ever again!

Hello, Thank you for your opinion. Unfortunately, the payment processing system is automated and it cannot take state tax holiday weekends in various states into consideration. Therefore, all tax refunds have to be processed manually. Since you emailed us over the weekend, we only responded when we reopened. Please note that once we issue a refund, it is the responsibility of YOUR BANK to put it bank into your account. Normally, banks take anywhere between 2-5 business days to do so. We recommend that you check with your bank as to when they will process the refund.

Boots are great just ordered the wrong item. Customer service is in the toilet!!! Emailed 5 times asking to exchange or return my order and the only response given was to school me about my mistake in the order.

Our return policy is clearly listed on our website https://mcozyboots.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges, as well as on every product page with detailed step by step instructions on how to properly open a return request, so it can be processed. It is the responsibility of the customer to open a return within the return policy period. Emailing and sending Facebook messages, unfortunately, is not the way to get RMA. Our social media team is completely independent of the Returns department, and cannot process a return request. We appreciate your understanding.

I e written to the company on different platforms they provide to simply exchange a brand new pair of Ugg’s for a larger size, since a couple days, from day of delivery. Only today, which is 17 days past, am I receiving a response telling me I’m past the 14 days, along with sarcasm and rudeness in the response email. I emailed screenshot proof of a 2nd email sent June 25th (today is July 6), along with screenshots of messenger messages, that never received a response. I followed the website instructions of how to contact them. I emails and I Messenger’s, which is what contact me on the site lead to. Whoever is responding to me is rude and sarcastic and not saying their name when I ask.
