“We purchased 2 pairs of UGG winter boots. Size 7 was purchased, I usually wear a 7 or 7 21/2. The UGG 7’s were enormous on me. I decided to purchase them in size 6 ( fingers crossed ). I do live free returns thanks to Amazon. MYCOZYBOOTS does make you go through some hoops to process a return. The worst part is they charged a $20.00 return fee. Oh well could be higher. The nice thing is they send you a QR CODE for the USPS to scan and BAM ITS DONE. They do require you to box it up.”

“Very fast shipping, I wasn’t expecting my order until Monday & I received them on the Friday before. I did not see a receipt in the package, but the online receipt is as good. I’m waiting for the re-stock of another color boots (Uggs) and I’ll place another order. Overall, I am not disappointed”
