“Shopping experience was great although I have not received my purchase due to the shipping carrier of choice. I ordered another item from another merchant after this purchase and the item has already been received because their item was shipped by a more reliable source. Again, the item shipped from the merchant fast but the carrier has delayed me receiving the item.”
