RETURNS/EXCHANGES NOT HONORED. I’m very disappointed in customer service. I have an email exchange assuring me that it was fine to send the boots back with a request for exchange. I did that two months ago. After several weeks of no boots and no updates, I tried the live chat option. No response. Then I sent a sent a follow up email to see where we were in the process. I have now emailed several times, always including the email thread so you can read the full story. Zero response. No boots. No email. No request of further info. Zip. Nada. Nothing. I’m extremely frustrated and bummed - had hoped to be a repeat customer... The boots were great, just a size too small (which is weird, because I have other Uggs in size 8 that fit fine... but oh well) I’ve looked everywhere for a phone number for y’all but can find none.
