These definitely are not true uggs. The box is off The shoes are labeled a 10 I can’t even get my foot in them and I’m true size 10 in Ugg and I have these same shoe in different colors same size. I just wished I looked at the return policy before I bought them because now I’m stuck with fake uggs. Should’ve known the sale was to good to be true. Buyer beware
