I’ve tried to get assistance returning my item via email and left messages. The return system is very bad. You should supply a packing slip with instructions on how to return your items if needed. As a customer I shouldn’t have to figure this out. I would definitely not recommend this site to anyone. When reading reviews, no one has had a positive experience with a return. You need to better this process!!

Wrong size were issued. Slippers were returned. As of yet no credit has been issued. No response to my emails.

They have the worst communication. Customer service is really bad and sucks they don’t have you out if you want to exchange or returned.

Order ugg for a gift. Advertised as new in box. When received box wasnt right, labels were removed and item didnt look good. I lost $36 in shipping and return cost. They should of refunded me 100% since it was their fault.

I made a mistake on my initial purchase shopping late at night when they 'pushed' another product into my shopping cart. Once I mistakenly selected the item I could not cancel the order. I then refused receipt of the item which was then returned. They still charged me $30 for this full 'unopened' return. Be Careful!

I am sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. Our Shipping policy very clearly states the following: "PLEASE NOTE: Due to the quick turnaround shipping time and the amount of orders we receive, changes to existing orders or cancellations upon customer request cannot be guaranteed. Please check your order very carefully prior to placing it." You should have followed the proper Return Process as outlined in our Return Policy and request a formal return, not refuse the package: https://mcozyboots.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges "In case of refused delivery by the customer or delivery failure due to incorrect address/information (customer's fault), the package will be returned to sender. A refund will be issued less a flat fee of $30 to cover additional expenses incurred by MyCozyBoots (such as carrier fines and return shipping fees) as a result of the customer's negligence / failure to follow the proper Returns process. "

Customer service is non-existent. They do not respond to email, phone message, or website chat and messaging. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

I received two different boots, two different sizes and two different colors. I’ve attempted to contact customer service without any response. My boots don’t fit me because one is a size smaller than the other. I ordered the traditional Tan colored UGGs and the fur boot is white and the fur and the other boot is off-white. These are clearly two different . This is the second time this is happened to me where I have gotten two different shoes. The boots look similar on the outside the inside wrong and the sizes ones are nine and one’s are 10. I wear a 10. I ordered a 10. This is extremely frustrating.

Do not buy from this website! I received boots from here and the stitching was jacked up and then they try to gaslight you saying it’s normal for the stitching to be like that. There are multiple reviews complaining about the same issue. They will send you janky boots and then try to charge you extra to return them. They are very rude also! Please just spend the extra money at the official UGG store. I think they are getting defective boots from Ugg and listing them as normal boots at a discounted price! That would be fine if they were more transparent with their customers. Please find somewhere else to purchase your boots from.

I received my boots and the stitching is defective and very poor quality. I reached out to customer service and they were rude and little to no help at all. I sent them multiple photos of the defective stitching, parts where the inner lining is sticking out through the stitching to the outside. They tell me it’s not defective and this is just “buyers remorse”. I do want these boots but not in this poor quality. If they are the authentic Uggs they claim they are then why has the quality dropped so much! I have owned many pairs of Ugg boots in my life and I continue to buy them because I love them and their solid quality. I believe this company sets you up for failure, stating that you must pay your own shipping to send them back. They charge $30 for “additional fees” they may incur and you will only get a refund “if they find them to be damaged or defective”. In other words for one reason or another not only will you not get your money back but it’s gonna cost you even more to return them. I bet this review never makes it on their site either!

I received the UGG Tasman shoes, which I paid a premium for, and was so disappointed to see the stitching missing from part of the shoe. I tried to utilize the return request link - which does not work, error code. I emailed several times - no response. Finally, I resorted to filing a PayPal claim to get my money back. In the end, I’m getting my money back eventually but I had to pay 30.00 to return the defective shoes they had sent me. I do not get the product and I had to pay for the return shipping on their mistake. Seriously, makes no sense!!! I still haven’t heard from them to date, ridiculous. If on the fence whether to trust this site or not, DONT!!!!!!

Absolutely hideous experience. Took £200 of me, returning the boots and now left with nothing..... customer service appalling. They even denied knowing me as a customer.
