The boots pictured are not! What I received! You sent cheap trash! I want to return them. They can not be worn . They have no! Support. Disappointed in California

I had a horrible experince with this place. I would never ever purchase anything from them. I had bought my boots a few months ago and never tried them on. I went to put them on and the whole boot ripped down the seam. When I looked closer the seam was glued on not sewed on. These are fake!! I was so disappointed. I waited a very long time to purchase a pair of Uggs and this was my experience? I wrote to them and they were downright rude and said they wouldn't help me even thought the boots were still in the box and brand new. Told me to take them to a shoe repair shop. I couldn't believe it! The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. The boots are for sure fakes! You can just tell. I'm so disappointed to have spent my money this way! I'm reporting them to the better business bureau.

Received my first pair with a rip and communication is extremely slow to get that fixed. Still have not gotten an answer to my last email to them. This is a birthday gift but there seems to be no urgency to fix the problem.

I have contacted the company over my Ugg boots and have not received a refund or correspondence from them. I paid over $200 for a pair of boots that I can wear, Beware, Linda

The first pair I ordered were great so I ordered a second pair which after wearing 3 times are now a full size to big on the left foot. The innersole is not thick at all and there was very little sheepskin on the dies as well. My first pair were very thick and cozy, that’s why we buy Uggs, right?

I ordered Ugg classic minus. They came with the box that the label was half ripped, the bottom of one boot was cut and the inside tags were marked with red marker. After examination with other uggs, the cards were completely different and therefore they are fake. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. They did not email me back about this matter .

I’ve tried to get assistance returning my item via email and left messages. The return system is very bad. You should supply a packing slip with instructions on how to return your items if needed. As a customer I shouldn’t have to figure this out. I would definitely not recommend this site to anyone. When reading reviews, no one has had a positive experience with a return. You need to better this process!!

They have the worst communication. Customer service is really bad and sucks they don’t have you out if you want to exchange or returned.

Order ugg for a gift. Advertised as new in box. When received box wasnt right, labels were removed and item didnt look good. I lost $36 in shipping and return cost. They should of refunded me 100% since it was their fault.

I made a mistake on my initial purchase shopping late at night when they 'pushed' another product into my shopping cart. Once I mistakenly selected the item I could not cancel the order. I then refused receipt of the item which was then returned. They still charged me $30 for this full 'unopened' return. Be Careful!

Our Shipping policy very clearly states the following: "PLEASE NOTE: Due to the quick turnaround shipping time and the amount of orders we receive, changes to existing orders or cancellations upon customer request cannot be guaranteed. Please check your order very carefully prior to placing it." You should have followed the proper Return Process as outlined in our Return Policy and request a formal return, not refuse the package: https://mcozyboots.com/pages/returns-and-exchanges "In case of refused delivery by the customer or delivery failure due to incorrect address/information (customer's fault), the package will be returned to sender. A refund will be issued less a flat fee of $30 to cover additional expenses incurred by MyCozyBoots (such as carrier fines and return shipping fees) as a result of the customer's negligence / failure to follow the proper Returns process. "
