I ordered UGG slippers & I received worn/used. They were supposed to be NEW slippers.
So I returned them & was forced to use their return label which charged me $20.
I will never order from this company again. Because of your worn & used product I was charged to return them. You should not advertise a NEW product & send out a USED product also the customer should NOT have to pay for a return label when it was your company’s error….
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…..
