Absolute horrible customer service I sent back a pair of ugg slippers within the time frame allotted and they only refunded half the amount! Can you imagine only being refunded half the amount of an ugg product ? I've never worked with a company as lousy as this
I still had to buy a pair of Ugg boots full price and then pay for half of a pair of boots I never even wore from your store ? Absolutely terrible it's sad that you took advantage of someone who wanted to shop at your store
