This is my second purchase from My Cozy Boots. Both times, I had a great shopping experience with fast shipping. I will be purchasing from this company again. My only suggestion would be to package the shoes in another box, instead of using the actual shoe box as the package. When I received the shoes, which were a gift (UGGs), the shoe box was damaged pretty badly. Thank goodness that it was for a family member, but I was still embarrassed about the box even though I had gift-wrapped it.
