I absolutely love the boots I got from My Cozy Boots. I was surprised to find that the "tag" that was going to come with my boots was just a tag inside the boot, rather than an attached plastic tag to indicate that the boots were brand new. Nevertheless, the boots are extremely clean and as soft and comfortable as I had hoped.
