My order came quickly, and the shoes I ordered were exactly what I wanted. Big relief because I had some confusion about the order and tried to contact Cozyboots via the email address given in the order acknowledgment. I got no response to my inquiry and the website was not clear about how to get questions answered. Anyway, this is not Amazon here, but I was very happy with the order arriving on time.
