Horrible and unresponsive customer service, paid extra for priority & express shipping and the shoes arrived 3 days late, with the company taking no responsibility, refusing to refund the supplemental shipping charges and blaming UPS. No response as to their claim with UPS. Messages to customer service where left with an automated answer.
