My order arrived very quickly. The Ugg boots I ordered were as promised new and in the Ugg box.
I did have questions about the authenticity of the boots. Customer service was excellent and they responded in a timely manner. and verified the authenticity of my Ugg boots. I would purchase again from My Cozy Boots.
