Bought a Costway planter from Mydeal a few weeks ago - My tip. Don't.
Installation manual included in the product was incorrect, timber was cracked and chipping already. Reached out to seller and received correct manual but realised when trying to install that timber was wrong size and couldn't be out together. Supplier apologised for the convenience, asked me to measure timber sizes and offered $30 refund to get glue to fix it.... I sent back dimensions as requested but confirmed that the $30 refund is not acceptable as a solution and I wanted a full refund for defect product. They have offered $50 refund since.... I spent $250 on this. Escalated to Mydeal team and they advise to correspond with seller even after all of this? I don't know how they think it is acceptable to sell defect products and make it so hard to get a refund even with photos as proof. Please avoid.
