“This place is a scam took my money and didn’t send all of only part of the gazebo and sent a courier pick up without telling me just stole it from my front porch a pack of dogs they say Australian owned and run but all you ever talk to is people off sure so you can contact the seller directly but you can’t advise anyone wishing to buy from them not to as they are a scam. They stole $1000 from me come and took the product that was only partly delivered, and couldn’t deliver the rest of it and haven’t even given me a refund”

“Well my deal didn’t make me happy at all, ordered adidas run shorts with 7” seam length, enquired before purchasing as to the size I required, they confirmed they were 7” inseam length, so made the purchase online, didn’t give me delivery date info either, anyway the shorts were delivered but of course not the size I wanted, I only wish I had read reviews for these jokers, I wouldn’t have bothered ordering at all, should have gone with my gut feeling which wasn’t good, my advice stay away.”
“Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. The only reason I chose to order a new phone from MyDeal was the advertised promotion of earning 3 Qantas points per dollar spent. The problems began immediately. It took two weeks just to be informed that the colour I ordered was out of stock. After a frustrating series of back-and-forth emails, I was asked to choose a different colour—only for MyDeal to then claim the original colour was magically available again.
To top it off, I never received the promised Qantas points. No communication, no explanation—nothing. I had to chase it up myself. After speaking with Qantas, I was told that MyDeal declined the points on this purchase. The entire process was a shambles, characterised by poor communication, delays, and ultimately, false advertising. I will never be using MyDeal again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of such a disorganised and unreliable service.”

“Purchase a vacuum power head for a WERTHIEM 6035 vacuum. Paid $249 for this unit. When it arrived it was found not to be the correct power head for that model. That is a WERTHIEM 6035 model
Same day contacted My Deal regarding returning the incorrectly listed product. Received a reply that I could return this item but would BE CHARGED A30% RESTOCKING FEE.
Beware….this online shopping site uses sketchy sellers. Do yourself a favour and purchase from reputable retailers. Even on their Facebook adverts they remove comments from all their listings. Says it all.😱”
