I bought a pair of Birkenstocks but needed to exchange for a smaller size but NO they could not do it as it was ‘on sale’ . Ah isn’t that what your company is called ‘My Deal’ ??? Isn’t everything on a sale or reduced??? Absolutely no care for customer satisfaction. Will never purchase from here again! Ridiculous when you can buy a $4 item from Temu or Shein and they will gladly refund .
