“If you want to return something, it will be almost impossible. To actually make a return you go around in circles on their customer service portal. You are then told that the 'supplier' may not approve your return. In my case I received a notification that they couldn't confirm when my product would arrive, so I organised something else. I finally found a way to contact them, to cancel the order. They then informed me that even though I contacted them, before the item arrived it was at the discretion of the supplier (isn't that them) if they would accept the return. This process has been set up to discourage you from returning, and as a result I will never return. Amazon are way better. They make it easy, and is why I buy so much that way. Returns are Neve an issue, and they make it very easy. My deal is rubbish. And to be honest the product I got appears to be rubbish as well.”
“Purchased a message from my deal online, but after payment, no info was given as to the delivery date so I could make plans for it, 2 boxes were left in front of my house, no email or text to notify me that it had been delivery as I was away, My neighbors could have secured it for me, Luckily both boxes where still outside until I returned 2 days later.”
“Absolute scam, selling electrical products that are illegal in Australia. Our item is faulty, risked burning the house down. My Deal put us on to the "Seller" who then passed us on to someone else, totally ignoring Australian Consumer Law and can see no chance of getting a refund. Claim to be 100% Australian owned and operated but when I rang Woolworths Head Office the only contacts that they could give me were in Manila. So deceptive as well. DO NOT GO NEAR !!”
“Bought a new Samsung phone for around $400. Phone had problems soon. I sent it back to the dealer (Wireless 1 company for My Deal) requesting a refund or replacement. After 1 month of continuous written communication, Wireless 1 still say they need to wait for their company to check the phone. Customers pay $400 & Wireless 1/My Deal give you nothing. Good at manipulating & lying based on customer's trust in Woolworth (My Deal & Woolworth are linked). Very unreliable.”

“Fake products. Informed them and showed but they are still selling the products. I bought tommy hilfiger tops. Spelling mistakes and bad quality with sleepwear written on it with it being a t shirt. There apparently is no complaint department and you are unable to write negative reviews. As soon as I wrote they were fake they gave a refund straight away”

“Waiting for delivery for ages. Ring customer service as still saying not dispatched after a week. First customer service said it was dispatched two days after and gave code to check. This was nothing like what codes should be and did not work. Rang up second time guy said has not been dispatched. Whole time calling me sir and I'm a female. Told him to stop calling me sir which then was told he didn't. All this time my husband was listening. And plus my phone records. He then continues arguing with me . And then disappears. Do not buy from them as customer service is shocking. So you are by yourself”
“First time ordering; so with the woolworths logo etc thought it would be ok, what a waste of my money purchased birdcage it was so cheaply made, and the add had "quality guaranteed" its rubbish I wouldn't put a bird in it, I'll probably just put it in the bin. “Please be careful, they hide under the safety of big w and Woolworths but this site is a scam. If you open the box you can’t get a refund. The product was so cheap and nasty and nothing like the description. And we put it straight back in the box and never used it and now we aren’t eligible for a refund because the box is open so it can’t be resold. No safety for the consumer. Terrible. I have purchased two things of mydeal and been disappointed both times. You definitely won’t get what you think you are getting.”
