Absolute scam company that refuses to take responsibility for faulty products, despite advertising them as having a 12 month warranty. They will do ANYTHING to avoid giving a refund - even when the product arrives with a manufacturing fault.
It seems to be the business model of this company to give customers the runaround to avoid abiding by Australian Consumer Law and they should not be allowed to operate in this country. Bunch of lying scammers.
