Purchased Tablet from MyDeal and was sent one with a faulty battery. Took them one week to provide return label. I returned the item and australia post marked the item "couldn't deliver due to delivery location closed" i asked MyDeal customer service how long the seller is closed for and all i got is that i have to wait for the seller response and there is nothing much can be done from their end.
