Ordered an item from big w, within hours overnight tried to cancel said it’s up to the supplier turns out it’s them ( owned by Woolies, both of them) they plaid it like it’s a marketplace supplier, nothing to do with big w, and they would not cancel an order that had not left the warehouse … a few hours later it leaves … sorry too late it’s a third party….
