I purchased an ice machine with 12 months warranty guarantee. The ice machine broke after 3 months. I contacted the seller and they refused to give me a full refund or replacement. Do not order from Costway!!!! They are a fraudulent company, false advertisement and lack empathy for customers. STAY AWAY!!!
I then escalated this to my deal as it was purchased through their website. They did not help at all or care. STAY AWAY FROM MYDEAL!!!!! Do not buy anything off their site. SCAMMERS!!!!
