very disappointed tonight with my dhabba , my partner and I regularly eat here & enjoy the food but unfortunately tonight this was not the case. We ordered a butter paneer masala (veggie option) and I double checked with the lady on the phone it was butter paneer, when we got home we found out it was actually butter chicken masala (I’m vegetarian) so was very unhappy about this despite double checking with them before ordering . When I called back up to discuss this with them they put me on hold to go to speak to the kitchen staff to confirm it was chicken- which it was, to then tell me to bring the food back & they would replace the curry - no apology . I then rang up again to ask for the whole meal to be replaced as by the time we would’ve collected the new curry the rice would be cold. When I arrived to collect the correct order , there was no apology what so ever, the woman then asked me “was it chicken? Can I see” and proceeded to check the dish, as if I was lying about it? Which is very rude . After realising it was chicken she then said “oh yeah, sorry” the most insincere apology . The meal was replaced luckily and I left . They messed up the naan with the second order, wasn’t the end of the world compared to being given meat dish as a vegetarian. But overall not happy with the situation and service tonight.
