I decided to wait a bit after receiving my first pair to write a review because I wanted to see how they hold up, and I must say I'm impressed. I made a minor mistake in the design of my tag but they were super accommodating and fixed it within an hour after I contacted them, and they were super polite about it so great customer service. And, after a month of hard use, the tags themselves have held up very well. The quality of the tags is great. I just bought another 2 pairs of tags from them and if I need another I'm definitely choosing them.
