“Product was exactly as promised, well-made and well-packaged. Unfortunately, it shipped two days after the confirmation email said it would (and a day after I sent an email inquiring into the status) and then sat in the city of origin with their shipping partner, Stallion Express, for 4 days before even getting handed off to USPS. This despite me paying more for priority. The delivery date was an estimate, I was prepared to accept delays there around holidays and inclement weather. The ship date was supposed to be firm. I went with this store entirely because it was supposed to get the tags to me sooner than anyone else could. They missed the estimate by 5 days. Which means the tags missed being buried with my father by 3. I don't imagine most people shopping here would have quite such a tight deadline, but plan accordingly.”
