“This company is awesome!! I highly recommend any purchases from them .. they go the extra mile to make things right .. like myself I purchased a set of dog tags but did not change my address in my PayPal account . And it was sent to my old address.. contacted them about the issue and they fixed it . Right away by sending me another set with only a $5.00 shipping charge to the correct address.. thank you !!! “I hve been using Dog tags for years now. To b able to customize it to what u want is terrific. I carry one tag w my info n the other tag with my sons info as ICE. in case of Emer contact. Brings peace of mind as mine say DNR plus my blood type which could save lots of time in event of accidents The anti rattle edging is great too”

“While the dog tag itself was as expected, the 3 chains they supplied were a nightmare. The clasps were of a very hard material and were totally closed up so that the chain could not be closed. It took a half hour of brute strength with a pair of pliers to close the chains. I tore up a finger nail in the process. Not worth the hassle.”

Hi William, thanks for your feedback. Our ballchains are military-spec, stainless steel, and MADE IN THE USA (as per the USA stamp on the clasp) by Ball Chain Manufacturing Corporation in New York. We guarantee the quality and would be pleased to send you replacements if all 3 of yours were defective. It does indeed take a bit of effort to pull the clasp closed, but that also keeps them from coming apart unexpectedly! We do offer a pre-assembly service for those with limited dexterity or arthritis.
