“Quite a few years ago I purchased a set of “medical” dog tags from MyDogtag.com. Recently I required my dog tags to be modified as my ICE, (In Case of Emergency), contact had to be changed. I sent a photo of my old dog tags and was hopeful I could get the EXACT color of my original set with the EXACT color of imprint for the modified dog tags. Both MARK and MATTHEW were instrumental in replicating my new dog tags in a VERY SHORT TIME and were instrumental in ensuring I was kept in the loop as the dog tags were modified. Best customer service of ANY COMPANY I have ever worked with…A very happy Canadian Veteran ….again…..Thank you.”
