“I was pleasantly surprised when I placed my order, how easy it was to navigate the site. I had forgotten to order one item, I placed a phone call the office of My Dog Tag in hopes to add the additional item. The agent I spoke to understood what I needed and without any hesitation the item was item was included to my order. My order was received when promised, all items accounted for. The agent I spoke to was very professional, friendly, patient and upbeat; my experience was exceptional, great customer service.”
