“Brilliant, only one problem, one of the dog tags should have 2 holes in it, one on top one on bottom, so they 'dangle'......otherwise fantastic, thank you very much. very good quality and advice!”

Hi Steve, thanks for your feedback. As far as we are aware British Armed Forces dogtags only have one hole on each tag. The second "dangles" by virtue of it being connected to the longer chain by the shorter 4.5" chain.

“One decal was cut wrong on the USMC emblem and I did not recieve 2 seperate dog tags with liners. Did recieve pill box with tags (front/back) and black chain, key chain USMC emblem, key chain bible, one good AC/DC USMC emblem and a John Wayne P-38. Please review my order. Thank you.”

Hi James, thanks for your feedback. You ordered our WWII Navy/USMC replica tags. As we clearly state on our website we make these particular tags using laser engraving, not stamping (as they were originally made). We appreciate how important historical accuracy is, however these original stamping machines are hard to come by. Unfortunately we are not aware of ANY company that make reproduction stamped WWII Navy/USMC tags. As a courtesy we would be happy to refund your order if you return the tags.

“AWESOME COMPANY! I have tried several othe dog tag companies with mixed results. My Dog Tag company has the absolute best stamping and quality materials. Their silicone chain silencers are the best out there and will not get brittle like their compettitors plastic stuff.”

“Tags and chains are cheap made. I expected more as a customer. Material is flimsy and very thin; a cheap imitation. I ordered the tags with the American flag on the back (thinking that it was going to be painted or stamped, but it was only transparent stickers that you as the customer need to install when the tags arrive at your destination). Some guy named “Mark” didn’t even bother to grant the 10% coupon code they offer. Practically half communication through email with such company. They only answered when they had to. I also got two email previous to my shipping that they were going to charged me $10.97 instead of $15.97. And I have the two emails to prove it. Mark claimed that was a mistake from the “company” they hire to ship. That made no sense! In conclusion, I’ll never buy another item from “MyDogTag” ever again, nor I highly recommend this store.”

You did indeed order the "USA Flag" Dogtag sticker (for an additional 99 cents), which is clearly marketed as such on our website, we do not claim that it is painted or stamped. We offer a wide variety of dogtag stickers to suit everyones preferences and requirements here: https://www.mydogtag.com/gear/dog-tag-stickers#. The 10% discount is available to any customer simply by entering the coupon code "MD10" during the checkout process on our website. No action is required on our part to 'grant' it to you. We take pride in answering all emails, chats, and phone calls in a timely manner by a REAL person who works in our physical workshop. We do not use chatbots or AI in our customer communication. Unfortunately the company we use to purchase postage "stamps.com" has a bug in their shipping notification email which mistakenly shows that shippin is "FREE" even though it is not. We too are upset by this misinformation in the shipping notification email. Nevetheless all packages are shipped in a timely manner via USPS with tracking and we guarantee delivery. We are sorry that you had a negative experience as we endeavor to provide our customers with the highest quality dogtags and the best possible service.
