When I requested an order on 12/7/22 for two new tags, I mentioned I had bought ones with the shiny steel finish from you in the past. When I received them on 12/12/22, they had a matte finish. I did not notice that option on the order form you texted me. I then called and spoke to Mark and he said he would send two shiny steel tags to me and give me a discount. Then I saw the order that was sent to me and there were 4 tags, not the 2 that I thought I ordered. Then someone there told me that an order for 1 was 2 tags and an order or 2 was 4 tags. I don't need 4 tags.
