Product quality was great. The problem was shipping. I paid extra for a Thursday delivery as I needed the tags for a Saturday night event. Tags didn't show up till following Tuesday. Using USPS was the problem. Tracking said delivery attempt was on Sat afternoon but business was closed. Absolutely false, business was Open and I was there waiting. Typical USPS.
